Riyasat Elite Circle · Official Referral Program Terms & Guidelines

  1. The Associate needs to make a Referral Partner. After that, the Associate needs to register that person as a Referral Partner in the Riyasat Elite Circle.
  2. Referral Partner cannot include immediate family members: Wife / Son / Daughter / Father / Mother.
  3. Referral Partner should not be related to or associated with any other real estate firm, company, or association.
  4. Company’s employees are not eligible to give references under this program.
  5. If the concerned associate(s) are not utilizing the references provided by their Referral Partner within 60 days, then after that, other associates can use those references as their potential customers.
  6. It’s the duty of a Referral Partner to take explicit consent from their references that the company’s associates can contact them.
  7. The Referral Benefit shall be applicable only upon the Customer confirming that the Referrer is the genuine source of introduction to the Company’s Project.
  8. At the time of booking by the Customer, “Referral” needs to be explicitly mentioned as “Lead/Enquiry Source” during the registration process and in the official Booking Application Form.
  9. This program is not applicable for those Customers (References) who are already in the middle of their purchase decision with the Company (not yet booked).
  10. All Referral bookings will be subject to the verification and approval process of the Company. The Company may choose to either approve or reject the Referral Benefit in such cases, and the Company’s decision in this regard would be final and binding.
  11. For the Referrer to be eligible for the Referral Benefit, the buyer should not have been an existing Customer of the Company or should not have engaged in a purchase discussion with the Company’s representative in the last 30 days.
  12. The Company reserves the right to prohibit any Customer or Referral Partner from participating in the Riyasat Elite Circle if they use the Program in an inconsistent manner with these Terms and Conditions, or the intent of the Program, including misconduct, fraud, or misusing rewards.
  13. Any member who participates in the Riyasat Elite Circle agrees to be contacted by the Concerned Associate to receive important project and referral updates.
  14. Terms and Conditions of the Program and the relationship between the Company and a Member are governed strictly by Indian law.
  15. In case, during the program, RERA regulations make it compulsory for you to register as a Channel Partner, then in such a scenario you shall agree to do so. In such a scenario, our Channel Partner team shall assist you with the RERA registration.
  16. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions of this Program shall be at the sole discretion of the Company. Any Terms & Conditions may be cancelled, discontinued, withdrawn, changed, altered or modified or extended by the Company either with or without prior notice.
  17. All the rights of the referral program shall remain with Riyasat Group of Companies, and it shall have all the rights to add/delete/modify any existing term(s) and condition(s) without any notice to anyone to safeguard its business interest. In case of any conflicts regarding the referral program, Riyasat Group’s Management decision shall be final.
